CFC helps companies decode the complexities of Africa's business context

Access to accurate market data in Africa can be challenging due to limited market research infrastructure, fragmented markets, and disparities in data availability across regions.

As part of its mission, CFC supports its members in expanding their businesses in Africa by providing verified data, enabling them to make informed decisions on market potential, pricing strategies, and product development.

CFC provides its members with key information to operate in Africa under the best conditions. It reinforces its collective intelligence and networking with market data and regional insights on an increasingly expanding members-only portal.
CFC-exclusive content is produced in various formats to meet its members' needs:

The choice of CFC as a Moroccan hub was crucial, as it offers ease of travel to our subsidiaries across the continent.

CFC hosts a recognized International Arbitration court operating from Casablanca

The Casablanca International Mediation and Arbitration Centre (CIMAC) is an experienced arbitration center and the first African institution of its kind with a truly international and independent governing body.

Supported by CFC and established in 2016 to meet the international business community's demand for a neutral, impartial, efficient, and reliable dispute resolution institution, CIMAC strategically operates at best cost within Morocco’s arbitration-friendly legislative framework. The court can administer English, French, Spanish, and Arabic arbitrations.
